This gorgeous Goddess has the power to protect. She is an incarnation of the Goddess Kali and she is from Rajasthan.
Finding her is one of those fun adventure stories. In 2003, I went to Jaipur to buy stones and I asked the person I was buying from if I could find old village pieces. He said, ‘Yes.’ And each day thereafter someone from a neighboring village would drop off a small bag with old silver pieces. I would look through and pick out the pieces I thought interesting. This went on for days. It was a delight to meet all sorts of characters and one day someone brought this pendant. I have decided to honor her by covering her in 22k gold.
